TechM south india offices/location are very to join as a fresher.. Good Onsite opportunity if get lucky project. cool environment (only in south india offices) ...noida office sucks :P cultural events are awesome :)

Cons

below average salary. always try to cost cut in every segment

No working pressure. Specially at Chandigarh people join to prepare for government exams.

Cons

Very less hike. On-site opportunities are very less and that too depends on how well you play politics. Poor access to management at Chandigarh location.
