Pros
Started my career here and was very good initially. Learnt a lot and grew professionally. Few projects are very laid back more govt like and few are fully messed up and stressful...depends on your luck where you get allotted.
Cons
Over the last 10 years working here, things have changed. New management more focused on share holder interests than employees. No respect for existing employees or to retain them. Poor hikes for existing employees. Where all money goes no idea. Poor appraisal processes and depends on whims on management. No connect with senior management.
