- Opportunity to work on flagship projects related with big data analytics and machine learning - Work with customers from different sectors (telco, retail, banking, etc) - Great work environment

Cons

- It's not always possible to pick the customer and project to work for. - Career progression not totally clear

Data scientist’s level is high. Salary is competitive. Good work life balance. Flexible work time & location.

Cons

Annual increase of salary is limited. You have to handle with “just sell Teradata” atmosphere, although it is relatively easy at now.
