Sometimes good work life and balance Lucrative joining bonus

Cons

Nothing for freshers apart from quarterly awards Management becomes pathetic day by day specially higher Management seating in Mumbai they becomes leaches. Even at age of of 55+ they don't want to retired and keep harassing ppl and don't even trust to management ppl in Pune they are simply follower.
