Pros

Great benefits . Good learning opportunity. Has fortune 500 clients ( good exposure ). Gain awesome amount of Teradata knowledge. Working culture is great.

Cons

Compensation for graduate hire is pretty low. Salary revision is below market standard se. The GDC division is a service based component of Teradata and they act like the same. The company does not provide internet reimbursement. The company has 90 days notice period. A lot of resignation from good resources have let the company lacking good experience professionals.
