If you have the required technical skills, Teradata will keep rewarding you with random bonus and monetary awards. For great soft skills, they even pay you great bonus and if you are lucky you can even get an equity of the company for your cultural program participations.

Cons

In India, they give very less opportunity to work across different fields, if you are working in a field and want to switch career in other field, its bit tough to get so.

Work-life balance is good. Latest technologies, like cloud, etc. WFH facility is available based on the project, mostly yes. Timely salary. Friendly work culture. Proper MNC. Product-based company. Good increment. Great learning opportunities. Less workload. The best company for retirement.

Cons

Projects are divided into smaller chunks, so get less hands-on experience.
