Just completed a round of layoffs this month and have already announced another round for 2025. - Very low moral due to extreme job uncertainty - Many key people earning higher salaries have been let go or are jumping ship (brain drain) - Product Engineering VP out of touch with ICs, engineers are struggling and unable to keep up with work demands resulting in high rates of burnout. She frequently changes directions and leadership is erratic at best.
