Pros

The people are great to work with. Teradata has a very robust and long-standing product.

Cons

Teradata's ELT all turned over a few years ago and focused only on Cloud migrations, even when customers are not ready for that journey. This is reflected in the sales quotas and compensations.

Pros

If you like home office this should be a big pro. Looks like you can growth in your professional career. Salaries are good. People are very friendly.

Cons

At least in Latam we dont have office, all the activities are in a WeWork and we need to request access. For the same reason that we dont have office, all the processes(Amex, cell phone, grovery vouchers) are SO tired, the people in charge of that doesnt know some of the policy, so you need to search for the information. Many thing are not defined yet, at least in this position, the structure is not the best, and many roles execute the same activities. Benefits are not the best compare to the big tech companies like AWS, MSFT and Google.
