      Pros

      Biggest strength: the people. I have had good luck with managers. They tend to be responsive and try to work with me. My coworkers are talented and hard working. Additionally, good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Travel can be hard/tedious. If you ask to not travel, it can limit your opportunities. You have to self-advocate/initiate communication with management or risk being forgotten.
