      Good Products on the Data Warehouse and Marketing Application Software sides of the house, Nice people, Flexible work schedule,

      Cons

      Lacking strategy at a corporate level, Declining Revenue, Little to no vision, Data Warehouse side is trying to figure out how to compete with Hadoop, Marketing side is trying to compete with Adobe and SFDC

      Pros

      Great product which is ahead of its competition. Get to work from a virtual office and have a flexible schedule

      Cons

      Constant pressure to sell. Marketing of product is poor so most of publicity about product is by word of mouth from other customers. Too much hierarchy in the sales ranks.

      1.Being a Teradata product based company one gets a good quality of work compared to other Teradata projects among competitors. 2. Completing Teradata certifications is a requirement, you get reimbursed if passed. 3. Decent hike compared to other companies. 4. Work hours are around 8-8.5 hours which is pretty good, emergency and festive work from home

      Cons

      1. Low onsite opportunities and there is no strong policies to decide who is more qualified for that onsite opportunity, it's based on managers :) 2. Very low recreational facilities 3. Employees are not retained 4. Non transparent annual rating policy
