Very nice atmosphere with the colleagues, competitive and good salary, interessant products, international company and environment, and good office location,

Cons

Not easy to bring our own idea...must be more open minded, difficult to get responsability, not many possibilities to growth in the company, no training (perhaps except for the sales?)
