      The company has good culture and strives to be very ethical. Customers view Teradata's consulting services and products as having significant strategic advantage to their business.

      Cons

      The heritage of the company is big data appliances and NCR Hardware. Company has many legacy people that have difficulty in transitioning to being nimbler in the fast changing technology sector.

      Challenging projects, better than average benefits, good work/family balance. Overall there was a positive vibe within the company.

      Sales process could be improved. Need to do a better job at retaining top people. Immature cloud offering.

      Very Bad local Management at Hyderabad. Micro Management, insecure environment. Project management doing nothing, they don't have any knowledge - they are there due to Management support. Only thing work to say YES SIR always
