Good salary, good leadership, good skill set of coworkers, ethical standards.

Cons

Benefits below par, More travel then expected. Benefits were my big gripe. Health care premium costs about the same as any big company, but the benefits have a high out of pocket minimum before reimbursement occurs - so no $25 copay - you have to hit the $1000 family out of pocket before anything gets paid. So for a healthy family it costs a lot more then job at other large company.

The hours are flexible and while the travel requirements can be high, they come and go in waves and are generally reasonable.

Cons

Some coordination is lacking between the management and the account teams when it comes to project execution. Often leads to lost time due to unclear goals.
