Pros

You will get to know abt all the features of Teradata. Not much pressure on your work. No deadlines.

Cons

No work from home option. You have to be with team, transfer rellocation are not entertained. Not good for laterals as your past experience do not matter and should learn things from scratch which makes you no different from fresher. Not much fun in team. No team outings etc.
