Business Outlook
Pros
Teradata is a great company talking about the datawarehouse/analytics side. I used to work at the marketing applications side of business which in itself, is a very exciting space to work in. Also, Teradata has some great well-known customers that you can work with.
Cons
Unfortunately, internal processes became the largest frustration. From a professional point of view, there were a lot of customer complaints because things weren't sorted in Teradata's back-end, this didn't contribute to the fun. The same thing goes for HR related matters which affected me personally. Unclear compensation plans, lot of payroll mistakes, non-competitive salaries, discussions about travel expenses...
