Pros

Stable, easy environment, mostly nice managers. While I was working there, the team I was working with were friendly and supportive and enjoyed my work.

Cons

It seemed to me Teradata lives on its legacy. There are not many new exciting projects or cutting edge developments.

Market leading position is being challenged by Hadoop players and making it very difficult. Management are unreasonably taking it out on the sales team.
