Management needs to stop micro managing technical staff. Projects estimates by managers are always lower than they should be. High turnover rate as a result, since excellent folks are constantly leaving. Management can be very hostile at times. Was not provided with the necessary resources to be efficient. Market strategy constantly changing

In some teams managers are very cool. They worry about only work. Not much work

Cons

Most of the teams do not have good work. Its hard to get gain skills and experience on one technology. New hire will get so much higher salary than what 2-5 years experienced employees get.
