Pros

Good pay and benefits. I have a good amount of freedom and am not micro-managed.

Cons

The company just focuses on numbers rather than the people that make up their customers and employees. Departments do not work together well. Information repository is constantly changing and is spread out across multiple locations which makes it very hard to find what your looking for.

Very Bad local Management at Hyderabad. Micro Management, insecure environment. Project management doing nothing, they don't have any knowledge - they are there due to Management support. Only thing work to say YES SIR always
