Very good work-life balance, interesting solutions - however only in HW area.Easy and relaxing work atmosphere. People have very good knowledge about solutions they are sellig - many of them are long time with company.

Cons

Lack of adaptation to current selling/buing market trends where market is searching for full scope problem solutions, not only HW part. Lack of long time vision of company developement and how to continue once started activities. Management vision is focused to much on short sales cycels than on long term market building activities.

Very good technology and information provided to employees who want to learn and grow

Cons

Too much isolation -- little group interaction -- probably depends on specific group you work in and manager. I felt I was inconveniencing manager when I would reach out to him. I do not think this is the way a Manager should make a subordinate feel.
