-Good training -Good support (I was given 2 months off to care for an ill family member, no questions asked) -The best can rise to the top quickly -If you are aggressive, there are lots of places to go. -They have the best data warehouse from the ground up, and they've had it that way for 30 years. There is a reason Apple uses our systems for all the analytic on their stores. -Lots of very intelligent and experienced guys that aren't intimidated by a bright young person, and will teach you!

Cons

-HR is ineffective and bloated. -Internal systems need to be more coordinated and streamlined. -This is not a job for a person with small children.

Cons

Management does'nt really know how to maximize their people skills and potential specially the center in Manila. The group is not given the appropriate job/project/experience to show what they can do.
