Pros

Good working conditions, great colleagues, ambience is very pleasant. Team is amazing. Flexibility to work from home or even abroad.

Cons

Like in most companies, for lawyers, little to no career growth opportunities. Still, there is a career plan for salary evolution / salary belts.

Good pay Benefits are really good (flex PTO), summer Fridays, birthday PTO, etc Remote

Cons

Terrible ELT who lacks clear strategy. Very cut throat and there are few people who are actually willing to help you out. Marketing leadership some of the worst, not all are bad but most are. Work/Life balance isn’t terrible but the general mood and atmosphere will leave you feeling uneasy. Multiple layoffs, at least two a year.
