Pay is good; (Most) people are bright; best data warehousing product in the market; If you are a solid worker and have a management chain that appreciates your work, you will be recognized.

Cons

Internal systems are antiquated and do not work with each other; lingering NCR mentality; No real opportunity for advancement; Company is very margin addicted; Medical benefits choices and options are limited and expensive.

Some of the best technology for BI on the market

Cons

Stuck in the 70's and 80's way of doing business. Newcomers like Netezza overtakes the market because TD still cant learn how to change from repeated mistakes on growth. If they had better management they could very well be a $4b company.
