      Loyal customer base. Good benefits. Good work/life balance. Good legacy technology

      Cons

      Current product and services offerings are poor. Current senior leadership team is more interested in doing things to enhance the stock price in the short term than in building out the business itself. Morale amongst front line personnel is extremely poor.
