      Pros

      They recognized they need to pivot to the ever-changing cloud business. They have done “cheer-leading”/“visionary” announcements. They ‘promoted’ work-life balance.

      Cons

      Too late to a business that is already saturated. No clear direction from management when asked several times. Still operate in silos. People are not collaborative enough. People are territorial about what they own and what they share. Not great if you’re looking to take ownerships and actually acquire new skills through the job. Some untrained/unprofessional mid-level managers yelled at developers during stand ups calls several times.

      They have been unable to generate any solid growth, which has resulted in unstable upper management and regular layoffs.
