      Steady decline in culture and relevance

      Pros

      Solid technology with capabilities that are still not matched, but are difference-making only for a small set of customers and prospects.

      Cons

      Too much drinking of own marketing kool-aid set the company for failure on the innovation side. Many years of push for volume rather than quality&impact in professional services put that organization in the current downward path: you can't switch from quantity to quality overnight by just writing a new mission for the organization; especially when PS managers had no training metrics connected to the variable pay for over a decade. Lacks a proper management and delegation culture. Throwing individuals into a pool full of sharks with no warning and no tools doesn't qualify as "empowering" people.

      Lack of care in making quality software

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are good. The people are enjoyable to be around but the quality of work is not. Work/life balance is nice if your okay with working on a lower quality software product.

      Cons

      The main work culture vibe I have gotten here is that most people working here are working to impress certain people/groups rather than enjoying what they are working on and making it a better work culture. There is a large lack of quality in the Vantage software suit because there is a sense of pressure on teams to hitting deadlines rather than create quality software (even though they consistently say they want "quality")
