      Learned a great deal from everyone I worked with there. Great & very knowledgeable people work there.

      Not much career growth opportunities at the company.

      Pros

      Teradata is an industry leader in analytics and it's very exciting technology that attracts really good, smart people. The core of what we do is second to none.

      Cons

      Teradata as a solution should be taking the market/industry by storm with much of the open-source stumbling but instead we can't seem to get out of our own way internally to make things happen fast enough.
