      Poor salary bracket for contractual employees with no benefits given. There was no SOP as to when a contractor will be converted to FTE. There was a clear discrimination from Indian Management team to pakistan employees. No one owns you at TD when you ask for experience letter in TD. They make sure to make you feel disgusted to offboarding
