      Pros

      Satisfying work, professional colleagues and consultancy that delivers software that really works at huge scale. Teradata values and rewards knowledge and training. It is an ethical and environmentally conscious company with flexible working conditions.

      Cons

      Constant reorganization has been disruptive and way too top down for an organization that prides itself on being consultative. Chasing management trends has devalued the high levels of experience from some the seasoned professionals that have a tremendous amount to offer.

      Pros

      From my time working there so far (~1 year), Teradata manages to foster great people, great culture, great work life balance.

      Cons

      There are no cons. So I will write a poem to fulfill the 20 word minimum. Teradata is great, don’t hate.
