Leadership constantly changes and it is not clear where the company is heading. Most likely it will be bought by some other company if there is another company willing to buy it.

Very low salary when compared to the local market The overall company culture is ruined. Company just completed a transformation and most senior management is newly hired. They are creating a somewhat toxic work environment You are usually stuck in the type of work you do, and it is really really hard to change it (even in a small way)
