1. Severe lack of trust between employees and the first level management. Managers hardly have any management skills. They never come forward to defend you.
2. If you are passionate and work dedicatedly, you will get more work to do. Personal life may get badly affected. However, the pay and benefits will remain same.
3. You need to go head on with your manager, if you need vacation. You will not be given your salary revision letter ever (they fear you may use it to switch to another company). After you submit resignation, you will be treated very badly. Be careful.
4. The new General Manager has taken many steps to improve the work environment, but still a lot more needs to be changed.
5. Almost no benefits apart from salary for employees with less than 9 years of experience.
