Very frequent changes to leadership. No fool proof plan for being cloud native. No proper guidance to new joiners. No proper hierarchy within a few teams. Everyone is a senior developer bringing in unnecessary competition and friction within the team. Collaboration model of US and India teams not as fluid as you would expect.
