A good place to work

Pros

Teradata focusses on outputs and quality of work for our customers, rather than on useless stuff such as corporate dress codes. Work flexibility is high including working from home or client sites as appropriate. Training is a key focus, so there's lots of opportunities to learn new skills.

Cons

Teradata is a work place with communal decision making as a core style. Even relatively small decisions require working with people from a range of departments and gaining a consensus. Sometimes this is a huge strength, other times it can be a major blocker to action.

Pros

Good compensation Flexible working hours Strong product hence plenty of opportunities if you want to grow in EDW Excellent training facilities Very friendly working environment

Cons

Lots of favorism Lack of leadership. Even though pay package is better compared to other organisation but salary structure is not beneficial to people at lower level. Poor medical benefits
