      Pros

      Good pay. Strong commitment to ethics they seem to take seriously. HR benefits look great on paper.

      Cons

      Repeated layoffs across many departments. Unreasonably short staffed in key departments. Poor work-life balance. Awesome HR package including No Meeting Fridays, Summer Fridays, Teradata Well Being Days, are empty promises that are ignored across many departments. Unlimited time off is pointless if you're too overworked to use it.

      Health benefits were quite nice

      Bureaucratic, top-down culture limits progress. Leadership is not visionary and gets in their own way of making actual progress. Zero strategy. Employees are not respected. Little support or professional development. Plan on working hard on projects that go nowhere. Expect frantic calls, emails, about initiatives that are reactive, not strategic. Don’t expect your leaders to answer questions, such as “why are we doing this?” If you don't mind working without dignity, losing sleep and sense of work/life balance, and stagnating your professional development, it might be for you.
