The is really good technology. Good salary and benefits.

Cons

Too much politics in all aspects of the company, that's why the company keeps shrinking. But in the end the looser were peeps from Manila, Philippines where the best Teradata Global Delivery Center located.

Excellent Work life balance & good working colleagues.

Cons

Repeated management changes together with the strategy makes employees confused what they really wants. Seemed to me that they are trying to package the company for private equity/delisting.
