      cross region teams are good transparent communication by US leadership good initiatives by some of teams

      only support projects, managers does poor job on planning and execution and will ask you to work on support work on weekdays and weekends hiring and promotions are biased , most got promoted as managers though lobby and not through contribution, some of senior staff just getting free salary and doing micromanagement and workplace bullying unethical,fraud activities by pune engineering managers around hiring and promotions targeted micromanagement policies and rules are exploited by Sr. managers (pune cloud teams) all time, like playing video games, online shopping, watching movies during office hours, not applying for leaves while roaming across cities mangers gives fake reasons to gulp variables, incentives from company
