Few managers who become managers by working here for decades are really sick. They will micromanage, do not have work ethics or culture. They will ask questions about your paid leaves and why you are not connecting to work in weekends. If you got one of such manager try to get rid of them as quick as possible for your own sake of mental and and physical health.
