      Pros

      Great for working with database technologies and datawarehouse as a starting point. I dont have complaints about management and the company has great sales people

      Cons

      There is a tendency to go things over again and a feeling to being stuck on same technology for many years. Learning new tech is a personal responsibility though.

      Work - Life Balance environment. They care about your mental health especially this time of pandemic. Employees has a great bond

      Cons

      I think it depends on the project. But the project I was assigned to was very hectic. No place for career growth.
