A lot of politics in management. Used to be a friendly employee culture, now it is cutthroat.

Ultra professional in the analytics and big data space. Many very good people, professionally and as colleagues.

Cons

Strategy has been executed quite poorly historically, leading to many wrong strategic decisions. Technology is GREAT and hopefully new management will execute with more focus.

No new clients since multiple years existing clients would want to leave (or left already) so it's a permanent defensive battle respectless dealing with employees from upper management
