      Work-life balance is good. Latest technologies, like cloud, etc. WFH facility is available based on the project, mostly yes. Timely salary. Friendly work culture. Proper MNC. Product-based company. Good increment. Great learning opportunities. Less workload. The best company for retirement.

      Cons

      Projects are divided into smaller chunks, so get less hands-on experience.

      Provides options to take certifications that is beneficial to your role. Good working environment- Again, if you're lucky. this is not always the case. Can be rotated to different projects. So more opportunities to explore. Possible on shore assignments.

      Can be be assigned in a bit of a repetitive role if you're not super technical.
