      greate work life balance, not so good appraisals

      Great co-workers, dysfunctional processes and no work/life balance

      Pros

      I work with some great people who generally are very helpful.

      Cons

      The organization is chaotic. There is no work/life balance. Depending on your role, expect to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Salary is low. Unlimited PTO is a great idea in theory until you try to take off but are expected to be available any way.
