Pros

Decent benefits. Bonus and stock were fair back when they were providing them. Some good engineers with motivation to do good work.

Cons

Toxic culture. Bad senior leadership. Top heavy. D&I actively discriminates in some departments. Massive technical debt with lack of key investment or viable strategy to fix it. Layoffs at times targeted key personnel rehired as contractors at much higher rates. Schedule driven vs. product focused.

In the past couple of years there are no Pros to working for this company

Cons

The company continues to cut costs and is moving many positions offshore to Mexico. Management is terrible and they keep laying off people and onboarding the top management positions with "buddies" from their past companies.
