      - Great opportunities for experiencing other business groups - Upward mobility is probably the same as any other company of this size (you have to develop your internal champions) - Renewed focus on DEI, culture, and creating an exciting workplace

      Cons

      - 3 CEO's within the past 5 years - Inability to innovate and several technology mistakes has eroded product advantages for most customers - Lack of a company-wide north star or set of values. Every 6 months a new senior executive is touted as the key person to turn around the business, and this has been happening for several years - Career progression not really a focus for managers - you have to look out for yourself without much support

      Lots of training available. A fairly robust team environment. Flexible working hours. Remote work.

      Cons

      Short sighted strategies have been pushing talent out the door and outright throwing it away. Currently all the field engineers that support on premises systems are being laid off in favor of contracting out that work to the competition, IBM. Highly trained talent is being thrown away to meet some headcount goal, it's causing TD to miss SLA's left and right because the IBM support model doesn't fit well with the level of service TD customers have been paying for. This will ensure a continued revenue decline through customers no longer paying for the top tier support plans and just quitting TD altogether, in spite of any "savings" garnered from reducing the headcount.
