6yWe’re sorry you had such a negative experience. We now have a team dedicated to diversity and inclusion – it is one of CEO Oliver Ratzesberger’s (and all of Teradata’s) highest priorities. Work-life balance is and always has been important to our culture. Many Teradata employees enjoy working remotely, and all are encouraged to take time off when they need it.
