The salary is good, and its better than not having a job

Cons

Company is in Decline. The revenue is declining, and customers are moving to other platforms, primarily Snowflake and Databricks. They are not retooling or retraining sales engineers, the are laying themoff.

The quality of the SaaS product was poor and I was forced to deal with the customer.

Cons

On the other hand, employees work in a relaxed manner and are easy to spend time with, but I don't think there is enough sense of crisis.
