      Pros

      Good Company. Healthy Pay package, but lots of Politics. Management is confused about growth and outlook. Also after big data, teradata market is crashed in data warehousing. Retaining a talent is abig issue in this company also. Almost all the senior managers are bad and do not align with company culture.

      A big ship trying to change course

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, lots of opportunity to learn new skills, work with some of the smartest in the field. Teradata gives back to the community. Time off to volunteer. Flexible time off. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Constant change as the company tries to reinvent itself from a SQL data warehouse appliance to a software based analytics platform. Lots of restructuring and reduction in force.
