Good company to work until 2010

Cons

Too much of the politics No recognition of the good work Job security is the biggest concern. You can be fired for any reason. With company's sales/revenue going southwards, do not even think to join.

Old technologies to manage operations. Old implementations are pretty boring to invest time and learn when it has no value to career. All old employees not will to grow or leave for better opportunities and repeating the same work for many years. Frequent layoffs
