* MNC company. * Overseas travel for select employees.

Cons

* Long periods in bench. * Some managers do not look with employees objectively when choosing who to on-board on a project. * Has had several waves of retrenchment. * Instead of cross-functional opportunities for everybody, they prefer to hire someone else.
