      good place to learn, fun working environment, lots of team work is there so what i observed is everyone is helpful for learners or freshers

      its very difficult to find out cons in my previous work place. there are some little difficulties with management other than that everything is fine.

      - Some really great, helpful and professional employees at senior / middle management - good tech - but poor commercial offerings

      Cons

      - A senior executive team who have been asleep on the job for 5 years - Lack of executive enthusiasm, drive and communication - Lack of appreciation for employees at lower levels doing great jobs, systems / process poor and improvements not encouraged - Inability to recruit top class talent against competition - Too middle aged, too white, too male - Share options restricted to very senior employees irrespective of performance
