Pros

- Provides opportunity for employees to learn different technologies and techniques through Teradata University. - Good work life balance, 8 hour shifts - Compensated well for shifts

Cons

- Do not have good projects to work on, people with different domain knowledge are put into support - Politics as good as game of thrones. - Its cheap move to compensate variable only twice a year. Doesn't compensate for the year if you're changing the job.
