      Leave Policy Health Insurance Lease car policy

      Cons

      No Projects They will hire you on specific technology but assign you support task, incident, patching work etc Managers are with company since decade so they will have bad boss attitude They will not release you till last day if you have resigned due to nature of work and force you to work. If not they will ask money from you.

      Pros

      The best part about the role was a nice laptop because there is not a lot of room for pros. Learned how to work with difficult people.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, bias, little work-life balance, didn’t feel like I had a voice, inconsiderate manager. Unhealthy culture particularly for women of color during my time there.

      A once great company in freefall

      Pros

      Working with one of the smartest people I've ever met. Having an opportunity to find elegant solutions to big problems. A considerate response to the pandemic situation. A good work life balance. A fantastic technological legacy.

      Cons

      Morale plummeting. The ELT changes have transformed the company beyond recognition and the direction of travel is mostly wrong. Whatever is almost right of the direction of travel can't be executed properly due to short termism and insufficient push. The company is morphing into something unclear and in any case not differentiated from the competition in the good ways.
